Expert, compassionate therapy for individuals, families, and couples

OUR LICENSED PROVIDERS OFFER

clinically informed counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and teens.

We tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs.

Therapy is most effective when it reflects the unique needs of each client.

While we utilize evidence-based, clinically proven treatments, we recognize that every individual’s experience, personality, and life circumstances are different. Our approach is personalized and combines structured methods with flexibility to best support you. Below, you can explore the treatment modalities we use as the foundation of our therapeutic work. Note this is not a complete list.

WE BELIEVE THAT

  • Compassion is a cornerstone of our practice - we believe in a collaborative understanding, kindness, and non-judgemental approach.ext goes here

  • CBT allows for deeper introspection and understanding of one’s own internal thoughts and narrative, emotional responses, and actions. We will highlight how these internal and external experiences influence our present day-to-day lives and reflect on how our beliefs and assumptions about ourselves and the world came to be.

  • ACT underscores the importance of our values, being present, and being engaged in meaningful actions as the foundation of overall well-being.

  • DBT promotes mindful, intentional action and decision-making. It hosts a wide variety of skills and techniques to enhance our ability to regulate emotions, interact with others, and tolerate distress.

  • Couples therapy promotes enhanced connection, communication, and understanding between partners in a relationship. Couple therapy sessions are typically weekly or biweekly. Our providers incorporate backgrounds in Emotion Focused Therapy and Gottman Method when working with couples.

  • Family-based approaches focus on the relationships, patterns, and dynamics within a family system rather than just one individual. Therapy may involve parents, caregivers, or the whole family to improve communication, strengthen connection, and support healthier ways of relating. The goal is to create lasting change by working within the environment where challenges and growth both happen.
