Depression Treatment

Many of our clients express low mood, decreased motivation, less interest in spending time with friends, fatigue, irritability, tearfulness, and feelings of hopeless or worthlessness.

We work with clients using evidence-based approaches to address both general depressive symptoms and major depressive episodes. Treatment is tailored to each individual, helping restore motivation, emotional balance, and engagement in daily life.

Our Approach

Our providers are well-versed in clinically-informed treatments to shepherd clients through depressed mood broadly and major depressive episodes specifically.

We hold space for the the grief, loss, irritability, and exhaustion often affiliated with depression and work with clients to:

  • promote more helpful ways of thinking about self and others

  • express emotions

  • engage in valued activities

  • work toward physiological steadiness by way of improving sleep, eating, and movement behaviors.
