Anxiety & OCD Treatment
Anxiety and OCD significantly interfere with daily functioning, relationships, and the sense of internal stability. For some, this shows up as persistent worry, restlessness, trouble concentrating, or feeling on edge without a clear trigger. For others, it includes intrusive, distressing thoughts and repetitive behaviors meant to ease anxiety.
We help clients clarify what they’re experiencing. Then, treatment is customized accordingly, whether that means reducing the intensity and frequency of worry, or using evidence-based approaches like exposure and response prevention (ERP) to address obsessions and compulsions.
