“I believe that real change starts with feeling truly seen and understood. My approach to therapy is built on curiosity, compassion, and a healthy dose of humor - because while healing is deep work, it doesn't always have to be heavy. I help clients navigate the messy parts of being human, from the loud cycle of anxiety and eating disorders to the quieter struggles with shame and identity.
Throughout my career, I have worked with adolescents, adults, families, and couples across residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient care. Because I’ve navigated these different environments, I know that recovery isn't linear. Whether we’re untangling complex relationships or rebuilding trust with your body, my goal is to help you move toward a life that actually feels like yours. Together, we work on building greater flexibility and trust in your own experiences.
My practice is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, weight-inclusive, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I am committed to providing gender-affirming care and creating a space where every part of your story is met with safety and respect.
Healing can be challenging work, but it also creates the exact space needed for deeper self-understanding, connection, and lasting growth.”
