(she/her)

I have advanced training and expertise in perinatal mental health and I value working with women across all stages of trying to conceive, pregnancy and postpartum. I also have a soft spot for fathers and partners navigating infertility, pregnancy, or parenting alongside the mother. I understand this season of one’s life can be filled with loss, grief, joy, and great change.

I am well-versed in and enjoy working with a wide variety of clients and concerns, including couples and relationship work, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

My therapeutic style is a mix of compassionate listening, validation, and deep understanding along with asking great questions, problem solving, and challenging my clients to live a life they highly value. I’m down-to-earth, use lots of humor, and delight in my work. I draw from empirically supported therapies, notably cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
