“I believe in an open and collaborative approach to therapy that promotes insight and meaningful change.  Together we will explore and uncover the underlying issues that keep you feeling stuck or in distress. I also believe that learning and healing doesn’t stop when the session ends. The tangible skills we work on together are transferable to the real world. I help my clients find ways to implement these skills and insights in their daily lives. It is truly a privilege to accompany clients on their journey of self-transformation.

For nearly a decade, I have treated a diverse range of clients in a variety of settings. I have specialized training in treating eating disorders and have worked with adults and families across several levels of care including partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient therapy.

Though I have extensive training working with eating disorders, I am comfortable and enjoy working with other client concerns including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, interpersonal challenges, life transitions, and emotion dysregulation. Please reach out directly to set up a 10-15 minute consultation call to see if we might be a good fit!”
