(she/her)

“I work with adolescents, adults, and families navigating eating disorders, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and challenges related to mood and emotion regulation. In our work together, you can expect a collaborative, non-hierarchical space that centers your voice and invites awareness, humor, and self-compassion.

Shame reduction and non-judgment are foundational to my work. I believe all humans are inherently good, and that even our most confusing or painful behaviors are understandable responses to life experiences. My goal is not to pathologize or label, but to help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a way that fosters curiosity, compassion, and meaningful growth. I operate as a human first and a therapist second, and I approach the therapeutic relationship with authenticity, warmth, and humility.

My practice is trauma-informed, culturally affirming, and rooted in deep respect for each client. I practice from a weight-inclusive lens and strive to create a space where individuals of all body sizes are accepted, respected, and supported.

I have treated individuals with eating disorders across all levels of care, including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings. I have formal training in a range of evidence-based approaches, including mindfulness- and compassion-focused therapies, family and parenting interventions, and exposure-based treatments. I value creativity in the therapeutic space and enjoy tailoring these approaches to meet the unique needs of my clients.”
